Cryptocurrency Payments

  • BTC5 Mall is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, failed transactions, network congestion, or user error.

  • Cryptocurrency prices are subject to market volatility. BTC5 Mall does not guarantee any fiat value equivalence at the time of purchase.

BTC5 Mall does not store private keys, wallet seed phrases, or full payment credentials.

In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund where applicable, in accordance with our policies.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided on the Platform are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For certain products or delivery locations where BTC5 Mall does not have a direct operational presence, fulfillment may be facilitated by third-party logistics providers, local sellers, or partner platforms.

In such cases:

  • Delivery terms and timelines may be partially governed by those third parties

  • BTC5 Mall shall not be liable for delays or issues arising solely from third-party logistics beyond our reasonable control

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Where cryptocurrency payments are involved, any approved refunds may be processed in BTC5 tokens or equivalent value, at our discretion, subject to applicable policies and blockchain limitations.

12A. Cryptocurrency Risk Disclosure

Use of cryptocurrency involves inherent risks, including but not limited to price volatility, regulatory uncertainty, technical failures, and blockchain network limitations.

By using BTC5 tokens on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
BTC5 Mall does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • BTC5 Mall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order
